暨南经院学术系列活动财贸系列 Seminar 第12期主题: 区域性税收优惠与企业异地投资的避税效应主讲人: 赵仁杰 （上海财经大学）主持人：余英时间：2021年 4月 22日（周四 ）下午15：00—16：30会议工具：腾讯会议（会议ID：876 340 191）摘要区域性税收优惠是促进经济增长和协调地区、产业发展的重要手段，但由此产生的“税收洼地”也为企业通过异地投资实现避税提供了条件。本文利用手工整理的2008-2015年上市公司及其异地子公司数据，研究发现：（1）适用低税率的异地子公司数量增加会显著提高母公司避税水平，每增加一个低税率子公司将使母公司企业所得税实际税负下降0.24%，且这一效应主要体现在民营企业中。（2）低税率子公司的利润水平要明显高于所在地同行业其它公司，母子公司的法定税率差提高1%，子公司利润会高于同省份同行业其它公司5.5%。其中，母公司作为卖方的低价关联交易是实现其避税的重要机制。（3）异地投资的避税效应受子公司特征影响，子公司单位资产利润率越高其避税效应越明显，与制造业相比，服务业子公司更容易帮助母公司避税。本文的研究表明，区域性税收优惠在加剧企业异地
