摘要
Escaping domestic regulatory fragmentation is costly. We develop and test a real-options model in which an acquirer holds domestic and foreign merger options under asymmetric regulatory fragmentation, with the escape motive arising endogenously through bilateral Nash bargaining.
主讲人简介
李东旭博士，厦门大学经济学院、王亚南经济研究院副教授、博士生导师。毕业于中国人民大学财政金融学院金融系（本科、学术型硕士），美国俄亥俄州立大学费雪商学院金融系（博士），研究致力于转型金融、企业并购重组（含私募与创业投资）等实证公司金融问题。在《管理世界》《世界经济》《中国工业经济》《金融研究》《管理科学学报》、Journal of Corporate Finance,Journal of Comparative Economics,Journal of Empirical Finance等国内外SSCI, CSSCI学术期刊发表论文34篇，合作者42人（其中学生21人）。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目（2021），教育部人文社科规划基金项目(2025),福建省社会科学基金一般项目，入选福建省“雏鹰计划”青年拔尖人才（2024），国务院研究中心智库顾问，河北省金融委员会智库专家。
